The solution
With a strong relationship already in place, we visited Total PFS at their headquarters to get a hands-on feel for the business and gather authentic ‘behind-the-scenes’ photography. This helped us represent their brand honestly and effectively.
Working closely with their team, we assembled a complete catalogue of product imagery—bringing many previously underrepresented items to the forefront. This collaborative process ensured our design ideas aligned with practical business operations.
We began by analysing the existing website content, prioritising key information, and aligning it with business goals. We then created wireframes to define the structure of the new site, applying clear hierarchy and SEO-conscious content planning.
A handful of core page designs were created in Photoshop to establish the visual language, which we then carried through into a custom-built WordPress site powered by WooCommerce for eCommerce functionality.
Speed and performance were major focuses during development, as faster load times are crucial for improving conversion rates.
