Dickies

Streetwear & Workwear Catalogue Designs

Overview

We were proud to work with Dickies Workwear and Dickies Streetwear on one of our largest print and design projects to date: the production of over 200-page catalogues, translated and printed in five languages - English, French, German, Italian, and Dutch.

Design Approach

Universal Layout System

The catalogues were designed using a universal layout system that allowed us to swap out only the black plate for each language, streamlining the multilingual production process. This required careful typographic planning—especially since many translated words were significantly longer than their English counterparts.

Print Formats

A4 and A5 Editions

Following the A4 editions, we created condensed A5 versions, again in all five languages, to support wider distribution and ease of use.

Collaboration & Process

Smooth Communication

Throughout the project, we worked closely with Dickies Workwear brand manager Steve Gulliford, and liaised with Dickies’ European teams to ensure smooth communication and on-time delivery. We also coordinated directly with the printers to ensure the final output met every expectation.
